This bicycle-themed restaurant and brewery holds a firm committment to sustainability and historical preservation. Located inside an original Wonder Bread storefront in Waterloo, Iowa, the building received its historical preservation status and achieved LEED Gold in 2017. 

75% of the original Wonder Bread building was retained during construction, adequately preserving the buildings character. The brewery encourages carbon-free transportation methods, accomodating parking for 46 bicycles outside and 14 inside. The building is estimated to use 32% less energy than code, with 21% of its total energy use produced by a 101 kilowatt rooftop solar array.
